I rented a 10×15 then a 10×10. No transfer charges when I downsized. Storage facility is clean and tidy and well maintained. Units are dry and secure. Very helpful office staff/owner and even when I moved out they thanked me for me business ! I absolutely would rent here again if I moved back. Rates are reasonable for the area.            Ian P.
